I dont trust Xcodes SVN integration. I DO trust Cornerstone.

Whenever I need to interact with our repository I leave Xcode and do all of my work through Cornerstone. Where Xcode gets confused between tags and branches and added or modified files, Cornerstone always seems to get it right.
